Annual Report 2011-2012. 2011/12 saw increased pressure and affordability issues experienced as a result of rising energy prices, not only for consumers but also for retailers, regulators and EWON itself, as it sought to resolve the increasing complaints. With this bold design in vibrant hues, we created an easy-to-read format that highlighted pertinent statistics and case studies. Pressure-gauge page numbers and related imagery created a cohesive and nuanced design.
Annual Report 2013-2014. The brief for this year’s Annual Report was be bright, busy and energetic yet clean and ordered. The imagery should convey a sense of optimism, efficiency and busyness that’s, importantly, under control to reflect that EWON is operating with a high complaint volume, but they have established a relative equilibrium in terms of our demand and capacity.
